HMS is a small veteran-owned company located in State College Pennsylvania. We are an ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Manufacturing driven company with an exceptionally trained manufacturing team who understands the importance of "Customer First".  The HMS team has extensive experience in electronics manufacturing process development and control, supply chain management, program management, quality systems, and design for manufacturability.  A partnership with HMS results in the highest overall value for our customers, Six Sigma Quality, and unmatched Customer Service.

Our Story

HMS's growth has been amazing; fueled by dedication, passion, manufacturing excellence, and exceptional employees. 100% of our growth has been word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers!
 
2011 - HMS was started in John Bonislawski's basement in just 300 square feet and operated on a part-time basis, assembling circuit cards and cables for local companies. While in the basement we grew to 5 employees.

2012 - HMS moves into 2500 square feet and grows to 12 employees in 6 months.

2013 - HMS moves into 5000 square feet, adds two Mydata Pick and Place lines, two Selective Solder lines, AOI, Conformal Coating, Potting and more with the growth of 20 employees

2019 - HMS adds a second location of 8000 square feet to service its rapid growth, adds a third Mydata pick-and-place line, two Juki high-speed production lines, advanced AOI, and state of the art Aqueous Cleaning System fully compliant with J-STD-001. HMS also had an overall growth of 40 employees.

2019 - HMS purchases 7 acres and constructs a new 22,000 square foot facility. HMS invests in two more high-speed production lines.
​
January 2020 - HMS moves into its brand new state of the art manufacturing facility.
​
February 2020 - HMS will begin plans for a 40,000 square foot expansion.
